IT Trainer

Job Title: IT Trainer – Underprivileged Community

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Trainer to empower
individuals from underprivileged communities by providing basic to intermediate
computer education. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical,
job-oriented training that enhances digital literacy and improves
employability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct
  training sessions on basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet usage,
  Email, etc.)
  
• Teach
  fundamental IT concepts such as hardware, software, and digital tools
  
• Develop
  and deliver easy-to-understand training materials suited for beginners
  
• Assess
  students’ learning progress and provide continuous feedback
  
• Support
  students in building resumes and preparing for basic IT-related job roles
  
• Maintain
  attendance & batch records and training reports
  
• Ensure
  proper usage and maintenance of computer lab equipment
  
• Encourage
  participation and create an inclusive learning environment
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic
  to intermediate knowledge of computers and IT applications
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Good
  communication and teaching skills
  
• Ability
  to simplify technical concepts for beginners
  
• Patience
  and empathy while working with learners from diverse backgrounds
  
• Graduate
  or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred)
  

Preferred Experience:

• Prior
  experience in teaching or training
  
• Experience
  working with NGOs or community-based programs is an advantage
