ITSM expert

Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company is recruiting for an ITSM Expert to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Hands on implementation knowledge on all ITSM modules i.e. Incident Mgm ,Problem Mgm, Configuration Mgm,Knowledge Mgm,MIM and others

• Hands on experience on CSM, integrations(REST/JSON) and portal.

• Sound coding knowledge with SNOW approved best practices

• Strong with Custom solutions and scoped apps

• Proficient on update set best practices, cloning, refactoring and platform improvements

• Knowledge on CMDB, Discovery, Event and ITBM modules.
