• Call Recording /Provisioning & QA monitoring
• VHT: Virtual Hold Technology
• Softphone: Voxai Softphone service and client installation and support
• Work force management and Integration
• Established expertise with Java Programming, .Net Programming, SQL Programming, XML,
HTML, Web Development Technologies, Object Oriented Analysis & Design
