Responsibilities

• Facilitate international voice interactions for Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, providing accurate solutions that meet service level agreements.
  
• Adhere to established operational procedures and quality benchmarks to maintain service excellence.
  
• Manage client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention through effective verbal communication.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and address any operational challenges.
  

• Possess mandatory Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 certification.
  
• Demonstrate prior experience in an international BPO setting with a focus on voice processes.
  
• Exhibit strong verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  
• Show a proven track record in customer service, client handling, and query resolution.
  
• Maintain strict adherence to process compliance and quality standards.
  
• Be available for immediate joining.
  
• Complete a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
