What you will do:

•    5+ years of professional work experience with a deep understanding of Generative AI solutions and their application at scale, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agents, and LangGraph or similar frameworks.
•    Experience in development and deployment of automation use cases 
•    Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in solution deployment and cloud computing environments.
•    Experience in Java.
•    Proven analytical skills and deep expertise in data science, with a focus on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and other Artificial Intelligence methods.
•    A proven combination of research expertise and practical implementation experience in Generative AI, with the ability to translate advanced concepts into scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary, multinational, and global teams, with fluency in spoken and written English.

You will bring 

•    Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Strong communication for client-facing updates and stakeholder demos
•    Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and driving clarity
•    Integrate GenAI solutions with BSS/OSS systems and telecom APIs
•    Build test case generation, defect analysis and QA automation capabilities using AI
•    Strong customer focus, good interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, and a continuous willingness to learn.
•    Experience with Ericsson OSS/granite applications  
•    Exposure to ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) in telecom context
•    familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery in large telecom programmes
