Java, Angular - Full Stack Senior Developer AVP - Pune

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems within RPA Shared Technology framework
• Work directly with global application development teams, Operations teams/partners to successfully integrate application data.
• Perform unit testing with proper documentation to adhere to application standards.
• Work closely with other team members, onsite and remote to ensure consistent approach to development is used within the application.
• Engage in architecture definition of new processes and review existing processes for improvements.
• Provide on-going maintenance and L3 production support
• Keep up to date with new technologies and their possible adoption within ISG 
• Take ownership of key projects and components and responsible for all phases of the SDLC
  including analysis and design, development, testing and deployment.
• Develop and deliver assigned development projects within agreed schedule, quality and
  scope expectations.
• Make meaningful contribution towards platform migration & Continuity Of Business exercises.
• Actively contribute to hands-on coding, code reviews, and refactoring to maintain high engineering standards.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC within an agile Scrum environment.
• Build components fully in compliance with technology standards
• Periodically assess the platform and propose innovative improvements by leveraging up to date technology solutions, ensuring platform remains competitive within the industry.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience - Java Full Stack
• Experience of working in a demanding and results driven, time critical environment 
• Proven proficiency in dealing with complex technical issues across all aspects of the project lifecycle

• Open Telemetry or any other monitoring / observability framework
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and secure coding.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Skills that are a plus:

• Experience in working in the finance industry is a good plus
• Experience on Robotics Process Automation related fields
• Hands-on experience with selenium
• Experience on Automation Anywhere
• Experience with ML, GenAI / LLM, OCR, Computer Vision
• Hands-on with Agentic Process Automation
• UNIX/Linux Shell scripting
• Hands-on experience on Python & C#
• Knowledge of open-source toolchains, package managers such as Helm, Tekton & other is a plus.
• Understanding of ECS architecture / implementation

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
