About the role:-

We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to design and build reliable backend services for our data-intensive and revenue-related systems. You will own backend modules end to end — from requirement analysis through design, implementation, and production support — while collaborating with a cross-functional team on code reviews and design discussions. You should be comfortable working independently on a small, focused engineering team and enjoy taking initiative on problems that span architecture decisions and day-to-day implementation.

Required skills:-

• 3–5 years of professional Java backend development


• Strong grasp of OOP, data structures, and algorithmic thinking


• Hands-on experience designing RESTful Web Services with JAX-RS (Jersey preferred)


• Experience with MongoDB or a comparable NoSQL database 


• Familiarity with Design Patterns and SOLID principles Comfortable with the full SDLC — from design docs to deployment


• Git-based workflows — branching, code reviews, PRs


• Linux comfort and basic shell scripting


• Clear written and verbal communication in English  
                                                  

Good to have:-

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud services


• Exposure to Python or Go


• Prior work on data analytics or revenue/invoicing systems


• Ability to translate requirements into clean, maintainable module designs 


• Knowledge of concurrent programming
