Java Developer

Job Description: People with 2-4 yrs of experience

Core Java

• Proficient in Java 8 or OpenJDK Java 17+ (preferably Java 21 LTS) includes collections, solid OOP principles, streams, records, pattern matching, and virtual threads.
• Understanding of multi-threaded programming and performance optimization.
• Experience with Spring-WebService for consuming and exposing SOA services. Familiarity with Jackson JSON binding, XML parsing, and JAXB bindings.

Spring Ecosystem

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring JDBC.
• Building and consuming RESTful services, API versioning with OpenAPI / Swagger.
• Add-on: Exposure to Spring Cloud components (Config, Gateway) and experience in resilience patterns.

Database

• Strong SQL skills, relational schema design and query optimization, Ability to write complex SQL queries and debugging knowledge is must.
• Hands-on with JPA/Hibernate. Experience with Oracle PLSQL.
• Add-on: Exposure to NoSQL databases.

Microservices & Distributed Systems

• Hands-on experience developing microservices architectures.
• Add-on: Working knowledge on messaging systems. Experience with distributed tracing and observability practices with Grafana.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in result oriented agile team and high‑quality deliveries.
• Being a Polyglot Developer is an added advantage.

Added Advantage, in knowing below Skills

• Experience with Azure, understanding cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Frontend skills in JavaScript ES6+. Hands-on experience with any one of JavaScript frameworks Angular, React, Vue with responsive UI design is also an added advantage.
• Flexible resource to learn required Technologies for Projects need like .Net Framework and Asp.net.

Domain:

• Prior experience in Banking Financial Services or Trading Domain is preferred.
