As an EIS Java - SA, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored software solutions that enhance their business processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India will provide you with opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support business application solutions
- Leveraging a broad understanding of software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate needs

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: BE/B.Tech/MCA
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Experience working with Java Microservices, REST API and knowledge of HTTP protocol, Java Core, Spring Core, Spring Boot

- Experience working/integrating with middleware like Kafka or any messaging tools (Rabbit MQ, IBM MQ).
- At least one of the following: DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification
- Navigating complex situations with strategic planning and analytical reasoning
- Utilizing business data analytics for informed decision-making in financial services
- Implementing technology solutions to enhance business transformation in insurance
- Excelling in client-focused communication and relationship building
- Demonstrating proficiency in systems project management and technical consultation
