We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong Full Stack development expertise to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead backend engineering initiatives while contributing to frontend and mobile integrations using modern technologies and frameworks. This role requires deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and mobile application frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. You will be responsible for leading technical execution, ensuring secure and high-performance application delivery, and implementing best coding practices across development teams. The position demands a strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, system scalability, and Agile delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and Microservices architectures.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and enterprise-grade application integrations.
• Lead technical delivery, architecture discussions, and engineering execution.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce high-quality coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams using React Native or Flutter frameworks.
• Implement caching strategies and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Ensure application security, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment processes, and engineering workflows.
