Job Description - Java Full Stack Lead (B3)


Must -Have Skills:
✔ Strong experience in Java 8+ (Java 17/21 preferred)
✔ Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, WebFlux
✔ Hands -on with Hibernate, JPA, ORM & Caching
✔ Good understanding of Design Patterns (Core Java & JEE)
✔ Experience with Concurrency, Multithreading & Collections



Data & Backend:
✔ Strong knowledge of SQL / Oracle / NoSQL / PL -SQL
✔ Experience with Spring Data & database management



Frontend Skills:
✔ Experience in Angular (8+) or React JS
✔ Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
✔ API integration & cross -browser compatibility



Tools & Technologies:
✔ CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab
✔ Messaging – Kafka / RabbitMQ / MQ Series
✔ Cloud – AWS / Azure / GCP
✔ Containerization – Docker & Kubernetes



Testing & Methodology:
✔ Unit testing using JUnit / Spock / Groovy
✔ Agile methodologies – Scrum / Kanban



Other Skills:
✔ Strong debugging skills (Eclipse / IntelliJ / STS)
✔ Good communication & stakeholder management
