Job Description - Java Full Stack Lead (B3)

Must -Have Skills:

â Strong experience in Java 8+ (Java 17/21 preferred)

â Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, WebFlux

â Hands -on with Hibernate, JPA, ORM & Caching

â Good understanding of Design Patterns (Core Java & JEE)

â Experience with Concurrency, Multithreading & Collections

Data & Backend:

â Strong knowledge of SQL / Oracle / NoSQL / PL -SQL

â Experience with Spring Data & database management

Frontend Skills:

â Experience in Angular (8+) or React JS

â Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design

â API integration & cross -browser compatibility

Tools & Technologies:

â CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab

â Messaging – Kafka / RabbitMQ / MQ Series

â Cloud – AWS / Azure / GCP

â Containerization – Docker & Kubernetes

Testing & Methodology:

â Unit testing using JUnit / Spock / Groovy

â Agile methodologies – Scrum / Kanban

Other Skills:

â Strong debugging skills (Eclipse / IntelliJ / STS)

â Good communication & stakeholder management
