Java FullStack Lead VP

Responsibilities

The Cross platform Data Foundation Technology team is seeking an experienced technologist to design and to implement projects and work efforts within the Prime Finance/Futures business. The role requires liaising with other technologists globally to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way. The successful candidate must be able to manage overall delivery whilst adopting an agile methodology and managing project timelines, risks.

· Hands on coding of front-end web page, back-end service, DB Stored Procedure/Trigger development, including new features and maintenance

· Deliver high quality work in time. Consistently meets requirements and standards, plans and prioritizes work well to meet deadlines

· Involving into or do system/component design & implementation with teammate globally

· Communicate with Global teams for the requirements and technical details (this may need additional effort to work /adjust different time zone)

· Takes ownership to resolve difficult issues, even when not clearly within own area of responsibility

· Mentor junior team members

Education: Not mandatory but candidate with Masters in Comp Science or related fields would be good. 

Industry: Nice to have experience working in Financial Institutions or Prime Services Area

Technology Skills:

10-15 YRS of experience.

· Language: Java 11/17 with core design fundamentals

· Framework: Spring Framework 5/6，Spring Boot 2/3

· DB: MS Sql Server, MongoDB (heavy duty data handling)

· Cache: Redis, Gemfire

· Messaging: JMS, Kafka, Tibco EMS

· WEB UI: React, Angular, Webpack, NodeJs

· Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bit Bucket

· CI/CD: Jenkins, Team City, Maven, Udeploy

· Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Mockito

· Container Technology: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes

· Development Methodologies: Agile, SDLC, TDD

· Project Management: JIRA
