1. Realtime health monitoring of applications and infra
2. Transation technical decline analysis
3. Incident management (raisng, tracking and closure)
4. Patch management & disaster recovery skills
5. Compalince tracking and coordination with cross application team updates
6. Target for zero error and zero downtimes of applications
7. Code fiixes in runtime to address the critical issues
8. Automate the repetitive tasks and followed the SDLC for development
