Java Production Support Engineer

• Production Support to
  support enterprise lending platforms.
  The role involves troubleshooting.
  Production issues, analyzing logs, understanding customer requirements, and
  delivering effective solutions including reporting and data insights.
  Candidates with experience in lending and financial services and who worked
  upon LOS/LMS/Collections product are preferred.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for lending
  applications.
  Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
  Analyze application and server logs to identify and
  resolve issues.
  Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement
  fixes/workarounds.
  Understand customer requirements and translate them into
  technical solutions.
  Develop and deliver reports using SQL/data queries based
  on business needs.
  Provide solution support aligned to customer
  requirements and system capabilities.
  Collaborate with different teams for enhancements and bug fixes.
  Support release activities and post -deployment validation.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, basic framework
  understanding).
  
• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, report generation, data
  analysis).
  
• Experience in application/production support.
  
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshooting issues
  efficiently.
  
• Experience in understanding business/customer requirements.
  
• Capability to create reports and provide data -driven
  insights.
  
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Any other).
  
• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
  

• Experience in Lending domain / Banking & Financial
  Services.
  
• Familiarity with FinnOne Neo.
  
• Exposure to Spring Boot or enterprise Java frameworks.
  
• Experience with monitoring tools.
  
• Understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.
  
• Knowledge of batch processing systems.
