Job Description - Java Tech Lead

Job Description: -

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with experience in building high -performing, scalable, enterprise -grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on critical applications. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Key Responsibilities

â Work with 5 junior developers and ensure good delivery to customer

â Work closely with customer and/or his team and ensure good experience to customer along with technical delivery

â Provide prompt updates to customer and team which ensures stress free experience to customer and team

â Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

â Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Work Experience

â 7+ yrs of overall experience in building Java/J2EE application

â Good experience building web applications/services using J2EE

â More than 3 year experience in handling team of size 5+

â More than 3 year experience in working directly with customers team

â Strong knowledge on any one of the ORM framework

â Experience developing solutions on Spring Boot

â Must have worked on Github

â 2+ Strong experience of Microservices

â Familiar with ElasticSearch and proficiency is a plus

â Understanding of the Relational Database Model with familiarity one relational database

â Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

â Experience with client web application frameworks like Angular, React or Sencha

â Passionate about writing clean and highly maintainable code

â Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

â Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}

â Ability and interest to learn new things quickly

â Experience dealing with Performance related issues – (App profiling, Distributed Caching, Memory Management, Asynchronous Programming)

â Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
