Role Overview:
 As a Lead / Architect, you will play a role in designing, developing, and overseeing the architecture for large-scale Java-based applications, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and align with business objectives. This leadership role includes guiding development teams, mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, selecting technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet enterprise standards and deliver high-quality software solutions. The architect/lead also stays current with industry trends to drive innovation and maintain architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Define scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures aligned with business needs.

• Identify and implement suitable tools, frameworks, and platforms for optimal performance.

• Guide and mentor team members, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive technical excellence.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless project execution. 

• Enforce coding standards, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality, reliable deliverables.

• Address technical challenges with effective, timely solutions and risk mitigation strategies.  

• Encourage adoption of modern design patterns, tools, and practices to enhance systems and productivity.

Required Skills:

• Candidates will undergo an online assessment to evaluate logical reasoning, problem-solving, and programming skills.
