Java/Open Shift Developer

Has expertise in writing high quality Java code using java frameworks (Spring, Struts, etc.) Design, develop, and deploy Java applications in containerized environments using Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker. Has expertise in writing high quality database queries, store procedures and functions to manipulate the database data to desired format (Oracle PLSQL). Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible, automating deployments and streamlining workflows. Writing unit tests and load test scripts. Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle. Participate along with Technical Lead in application design and create technical documentation like flow diagrams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues like database performance, database capacity, replication, and other data-related issues. Optimize process for speed and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the application can handle the volume, velocity, and variety of data. Work with clients to deliver scalable and maintainable code. Understand the infrastructure requirements needed for the application. Work on developing streamlined CI/CD process for application development. 7+ years of experience building large-scale Java applications. Hands-on experience with OpenShift, including automation and scripting for building infrastructure Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers Work closely with business analysts, data scientists and IT teams to understand application requirements and deliver the product that supports business goals.
