•Understanding Client needs to address their requirements as per the trending market.

•Updating Customer details in CRM software.

•Experienced in processing orders, forms, applications & requests.

•Should be efficient in giving quotations ,pricing, invoicing & billing .

•Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments across teams in a fast paced environment.

•Maintain and review quality benchmarks to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

•Customer oriented attitude.

•Excellent Communication skills.

•Ability to handle customer queries.

•Proficient in MS - Excel.

•Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / related field,

Jewellery industry experience of 2-3 yrs & working knowledge of CRM platforms (Synergics) would be added advantage.
