Responsibilities -

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor designs accordingly.
Provide regular updates on market trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations.
Provide expertise on new industry developments to enhance offerings for existing clients.
Innovate and create new jewelry styles aligned with current market trends.
Stay abreast of emerging design aesthetics and consumer preferences.
Conduct thorough research and development on jewelry designs and their intricate mechanisms.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and cost -effectiveness of designs.
Analyse market feedback and adjust designs accordingly.

Requirements

Knowledge of Jewellery Designing & Product Development
Experience - 3 + Years in Jewellery Industry
Innovative Design Creation
Experience of Domestic Market on Diamond Jewellery
Research and Development (R&D)
Client Engagement and Collaboration
Preferred in Jewellery Designing Degree, NIFT, SNDT, IIGJ
Excel is Must & Knowledge of any jewellery ERP software will be added advantage
