We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing product assortments, driving sales, and ensuring that our luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry collection is positioned optimally in the market. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure that our products align with current trends and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Assortment & Selection: Curate and manage the product assortment based on customer trends, sales data, and market research. Ensure that our collections align with brand positioning and customer preferences.
• Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance and inventory levels. Use data to adjust product offerings and stock levels, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
• Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with luxury jewelry market trends, especially within the lab-grown diamond sector. Leverage insights to inform merchandising strategies and product development.
• Store/Online Presentation: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing manner, both in-store and online, maximizing sales potential.
• Pricing & Promotions: Assist in setting competitive pricing strategies and promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury jewelry or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics, including pricing strategies, customer behavior, and trends.
• Familiarity with lab-grown diamonds and sustainable jewelry practices is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
