As a Jewelry Sales Executive, you will represent the essence of luxury and sophistication, offering personalized styling guidance and exceptional service to every client. Key Responsibilities
Client Styling & Experience
Deliver personalized styling consultations based on client preferences, lifestyle, and special occasions.
Curate elegant looks that reflect both the client’s personality and the brand’s design philosophy.
Share expertise on gemstones, craftsmanship, and the latest trends in fine jewelry.
Build and nurture long-term relationships through attentive, high-touch service and regular follow-ups.
Sales & Product Expertise
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and client engagement.
Maintain deep knowledge of all product lines, collections, materials, and customization options.
Confidently communicate product value by highlighting craftsmanship, design, and exclusivity.
Visual Merchandising & Presentation
Ensure displays are beautifully arranged, fully stocked, and consistent with luxury brand aesthetics.
Maintain impeccable product hygiene and presentation standards.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Record client preferences, key occasions, and purchase history to deliver personalized future experiences.
Engage customers through calls, messages, and invitations to private previews or events.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with sales teams, designers, and operations staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
Share client insights and market trends with management to support business growth.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or premium fashion styling.
Education: Graduate degree in Fashion Design, Jewelry Design, or related field preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of style, fashion, and jewelry aesthetics.
Polished demeanor with client-first attitude.
Ability to engage high-net-worth clients with discretion and professionalism.
