Job Description - Jewelry Sales Executive

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 225000 - Rs 350000 (ie INR 2.25 - 3.5 LPA)


Min Experience: 1 years

Location: Ahmedabad, pune , Mumbai, Kolkata

JobType: full-time

Key Responsibilities / KRAs & KPIs

  • Welcome and assist customers in the store, offering professional guidance and detailed product knowledge.
  • Influence and drive jewelry sales through personalized recommendations and effective client engagement.
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal revenue targets by maintaining strong conversion rates and upselling.
  • Ensure the store’s visual merchandising (VM) meets brand standards, creating an elegant and inviting environment.
  • Address all customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation in line with luxury retail standards.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and oversee merchandise preparation for delivery.
  • Retain existing clients while proactively identifying opportunities to onboard new customers.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth store operations.
  • Work efficiently on systems such as POS, ERP, and Magento for billing, inventory, and order processing.
