Role Description:

- This is a full-time role for a BPO Domestic Business Development GM at JindalX.

- The Business Development GM will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, driving faster resolutions, and scaling customer success.

- The role includes tasks such as New Business Development, Business Planning, Business Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, and Sales.

- This is an on-site role located in New New Business Development, Business Planning, and Business Relationship Management skills.

- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.

- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
