Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced candidates for the role of International
Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) in a leading MNC based in
Newtown, Kolkata. The candidate will handle global customer interactions,
resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high -quality service delivery across
international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle
  inbound and outbound calls with international customers
  
• Resolve
  customer queries with accuracy and empathy
  
• Maintain
  proper documentation in CRM systems
  
• Meet
  quality, productivity, and compliance targets
  
• Coordinate
  with internal teams for issue resolution
  

Requirements

• Experience:
  Minimum 1 year in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
  
• Freshers
  are not eligible
  
• Qualification:
  UG / Graduate / PG (Any stream)
  
• Excellent
  English communication (spoken & written)
  
• Comfortable
  with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  
• Must
  be based in Kolkata (Work from Office)
