Job Description - Jr. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Â· Purchase and expense entries Pass in Zoho
Books

Â· Sale Bill Creation in Zoho Book.

Â· Payment and receipt entries in Zoho Books

Â· Document Collect From Various Portal (Amazon,
Makemy Trip, Cleartrip, Indigo ), Vendor and Employees

Â· GSTR -1 Preparation

Â· 2B reconciliation & 3B preparation

Â· PF and ESI employee registration

Â· PF and ESI Return preparation

Â· TDS Receivable Entry Pass & Cross Cheek As
Per 26 As

Â· TDS payment sheet preparation and return data
preparation

Â· Credit card reconciliation and entry

Â· Expenses Reimbursement sheet preparation

Requirements

Qualifications

Â· B.Com (Hons.) qualification

Â· 3–5 years of experience
