Jr. Architect for Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and coordinate residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects as per design standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.


• Develop and review plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.


• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.


• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, DCR, and statutory regulations.


• Review consultant drawings and resolve design-related issues.


• Coordinate with execution/site teams for design implementation.


• Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and ensure adherence to approved drawings.


• Assist in obtaining approvals from government authorities.


• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design presentations.


• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables within project schedules.
