The Junior Architect will assist in designing, drafting, and coordinating architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence aligned with the company’s brand and project vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, presentations, and construction drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Support senior architects in creating layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal departments (Project, Planning, Sales) for design feedback and revisions.

  
  


• 
  

  Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Research materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to conceptual design ideas and brainstorming sessions.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update architectural documentation and design databases.

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

  
  


• 
  

  0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or architectural firms.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of local building codes and regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong visual awareness, technical ability, and attention to detail.
