Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer for residential real estate projects. The candidate should have practical site experience in electrical works execution, coordination, and supervision for residential buildings. The role involves monitoring electrical activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical work activities at project sites.


• Monitor execution of electrical works as per approved drawings and specifications.


• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and site engineers.


• Check electrical materials and ensure proper installation practices.


• Handle conduit, wiring, cable tray, panel installation, earthing, and lighting works.


• Maintain project progress reports and site records.


• Ensure quality and safety compliance during execution.


• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.


• Coordinate with civil and finishing teams for smooth execution.


• Identify and resolve site-level electrical issues.
