Jr. Engineer for Real Estate - Moshi Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer – Execution with hands-on experience in real estate construction projects. The candidate must have strong exposure to Mivan shuttering systems, RCC works, and finishing activities, ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Execute day-to-day site activities as per project plans and timelines

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise and monitor Mivan formwork activities, ensuring proper alignment, quality, and safety compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee RCC works including slab, beam, column, and wall construction

  
  


• 
  

  Manage and coordinate finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and fixtures

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Track material usage and ensure minimal wastage

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports

  Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations

  Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution
