Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for residential real estate projects. The candidate should have a good understanding of civil drawings, construction materials, and rate analysis to support project planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity estimates from architectural, structural, and service drawings.


• Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential projects.


• Perform rate analysis for civil and finishing works.


• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.


• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans.


• Verify quantities executed at site and reconcile with BOQ.


• Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams for estimation requirements.


• Track material consumption and support cost control activities.


• Prepare variation statements and cost comparison reports.


• Maintain estimation records and project cost databases.
