  Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analyses for residential and commercial projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to extract material quantities.

  
  


• 
  

  Support in preparation of tender documents, bidding, and cost comparisons.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with vendors and contractors for rate quotations and material pricing.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze changes in design or specifications and update cost estimates accordingly.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare preliminary and detailed cost breakdowns for new projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cost records and assist in preparing budget vs actual reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the billing and contracts team for accurate project costing and monitoring.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with company policies and estimation standards.

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  

  B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  2–4 years of experience in estimation within real estate or construction.

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of quantity take-off, rate analysis, and Excel/AutoCAD.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of construction drawings and material specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
