Jr. Facility Manager for Real Estate - Punawale Location

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day maintenance and operation of residential buildings and common areas.


• Assist in managing electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, DG, STP/WTP, pumps, lifts, and other building services.


• Attend and coordinate the resolution of maintenance complaints and service requests.


• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, amenities, and building services.


• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, vendors, contractors, and service agencies.


• Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.


• Maintain records of maintenance work, complaints, inspections, and service reports.


• Ensure timely closure of maintenance and repair issues.


• Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and checklists.


• Monitor AMC activities and coordinate with external service providers.


• Ensure proper functioning of safety systems and emergency equipment.


• Assist in controlling maintenance-related material consumption and inventory.


• Coordinate with the society management team, residents, and internal departments whenever required.


• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of common facilities and amenities.


• Escalate major technical issues to the Facility Manager/Senior Engineer.
