Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in finance/accounting and an interest or exposure to ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while gaining hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting, compliance, and ERP-based financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, customer invoices, and payment transactions accurately.
  




• Record and maintain accounting entries in ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books.
  




• Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  




• Perform weekly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and assist in monthly financial closing activities.
  




• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  




• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  




• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and financial queries.
  




• Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS reports, and schedules as required.
  




• Handle finance-related tickets and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  




• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company financial policies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com (Finance), MBA (Finance), M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
  




• 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related functions.
  




• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  




• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
  




• Experience or strong interest in working with ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books.
  




• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  




• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  




• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  




• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
