Job Description - Jr. HR Executive - Talent Acquisition




Key Functional Area:







1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening



2. Campus & Lateral hiring



3. Use of social media & other digital avenues for hiring







Personal Attributes:







1. Ability to understand business & the hiring requirements.



2. Excellent written and verbal communication



3. Multi-tasking, attention to detail, quick learner, organizational skills



4. Excellent interpersonal skills







Skillset:







1. Entry level hiring & institutional relationships management.



2. Strong hold on MS office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)



3. Knowledge of hiring platforms. (Naukri, LinkedIn)







Key Responsibilities:







(Note: This job role requires employee to work from office and working remotely/ from home will not be permissible)







1. Assisting the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the assigned function.



2. Posting job ads on relevant job boards and company career page.



3. Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/ channels such as LinkedIn and other social media/ digital channels.



4. Review resumes to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone screening to assess the basic qualifications and fit.



5. Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.



6. Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate and manage all follow-up communications.



7. Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital recruitment technologies



8. Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints.



9. Knowledge of social networks, CV databases, and business connection building tactics.



10. Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing candidates in database.



11. Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent in the engineering services industry


Requirements



Job Profile – Jr. HR Executive – Talent Acquisition



Qualification - MBA – Human Resource, Any Graduation



Experience - 0.6-1+ year experience



No. of Positions -2



Location - Pune on-site



Reports To Team Lead – TA
