Role Overview
The Sr. Executive â Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes and
driving learning & development initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong stakeholder
management, training coordination abilities, talent acquisition expertise, and experience in executing HR
development programs.
Requirements
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and final selection.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation collection, and induction coordination.
Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and joining follow-ups.
Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management, including daily/weekly/monthly hiring status.
Track and report Talent Acquisition team closures on a monthly basis, ensuring visibility of recruitment performance.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to offer generation, hiring funnel, TAT, and closure ratios as
required by management.
