Jr UI/UX Designer

Looking for UI/UX designer with 2+ years of experience who is responsible for designing and implementing the user interface and user experience of a product or website. This typically involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing visual elements such as graphics, icons, and layouts. 

They are someone who stays in Kerala and Tamilnadu, currently serving notice period or willing to join within 30 days. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Implementing designs using design software, optimizing for different devices and platforms 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize design objectives and understand business and user needs 

• Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and best practices and staying informed about new tools and technologies in the field 

• Designing wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and test and iterate on design solutions 

• Working with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs and providing guidance on technical design considerations 

• Developing high-fidelity visual designs, including graphics, icons, and layouts, that are consistent with brand guidelines and meet user needs and expectations 

Mandatory requirements: 

• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Adobe XD 

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma 

• Experience with design systems and the ability to create and maintain design libraries and style guides 

• Experience with UI design principles and practices, such as layout design, typography, and color theory 

• Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies, such as usability testing, user flows, and user research 

Desired requirements: 

• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and to adapt to changing priorities 

• Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to design for search engine optimization 

• Ability to create and present design presentations to stakeholders and team members 

• Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
