About Us The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear. Team & Position Summary As a Junior Videographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing and editing high-quality video content for both brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. This role will primarily involve working closely with our brand team to create visually captivating content that aligns with our brand identity. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute your creative vision to campaign projects, helping to bring our marketing strategies to life. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with the brand team to develop video concepts and execute creative ideas that align with our brand identity and messaging. Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment as well as iPhone cameras, ensuring excellent composition, lighting, and audio. Edit video content using industry-standard software, incorporating graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the final product. Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver video assets that support marketing initiatives. Maintain organized digital assets and archives of raw footage and edited projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing techniques. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience with video production and editing, including proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Strong understanding of cinematography principles, composition, and lighting techniques. Proficiency in shooting and editing video using iPhone or similar mobile devices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
