Job Title: Junior Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various WFM tasks, including MIS reporting, process documentation, flow diagram creation, headcount report maintenance, and skill updates. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting : Assist in the creation and maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Process Documentation : Document processes and create detailed flow diagrams to support operational efficiency.
Flow Diagrams : Develop and update flow diagrams to visualize processes and workflows.
Headcount Report Maintenance and Skill Updates: Maintain headcount reports and manage skill updates through emails.
Skill Addition on Kytes : Add and update skills on the Kytes platform as required.
Bench Report Metrics and Maintenance: Track and maintain bench report metrics.
Finance Team Liaison: Collaborate with the finance team to address any allocation discrepancies.
Allocation Ending Reminders: Send reminder emails to managers regarding allocation endings, with access limited to specific personnel.
Bench Calls and MoM Capture: Conduct bench calls, capture minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow up on action items.
Reporting Manager Changes: Communicate any changes in reporting managers to the IT team.
Resume and Skill Updates: Send resume and skill updates from the common inbox.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in creating reports and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with WFM tools and platforms (e.g., Kytes) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with MIS reporting and process documentation.
Knowledge of flow diagram creation and maintenance.
Understanding of workforce management principles and practices.
