Jr.SCM Executive (State SPOC)

• Must have a thorough knowledge of end-to-end procurement
  


• Analyzing & monitoring movement of commodities, analyzing spend trend & identifying the best supplier among all.
  


• Negotiating & coordinating with concerned departments to get the purchasing agreements sign off by suppliers.
  


• Risk Mitigation-Visiting suppliers for capacity assessment & identifying additional vendors for supply of critical parts.
  


• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
  


• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  


• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  


• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
  


• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
  


• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  


• 1-2 years. Candidates with prior experience in Solar will be preferred.
  


• MS Office, esp MS Excel
  


• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  

• Ability to think critically, organize work assignments according to their priority, comfort in collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external
  


• Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments.
