Junior Account Manager

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  

• Provide support and resolve client queries related to ongoing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  

• Understand client needs and offer solutions, including cross-selling and upselling services.
  

• Proactively acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
  

• Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  

• Exhibit a keen interest in new initiatives and innovations within the industry/ project.
  

• Maintain detailed client records and project reports using strong Excel skills.
  

• Ensure end-to-end task management and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities.
  

• Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
