Junior Account Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
  
• Translate client briefs into clear instructions for designers and creative teams.
  
• Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
  
• Proactively follow up with clients on approvals, feedback, and next steps.
  
• Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and presentations.
  
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
  
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and management.
  

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination (agency experience preferred).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Highly organized, detail -oriented, and proactive.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast -paced creative environment.
  
• A people person who can balance empathy with professionalism.
  
• Familiarity with branding, design, or digital marketing is a plus.
