Job Overview

A reputed textile trading company in Saroli, Surat is hiring a Junior Accountant to manage basic accounting entries and support documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with strong data entry accuracy and foundational accounting exposure in the textile domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions including purchase, sales, bank entries, and expenses using ERP-based accounting software
  




• Assist in invoice generation, bill matching, and entry of payment receipts.
  




• Maintain well-organized accounting records and voucher files.
  




• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for supporting documentation.
  




• Handle GST-related data entry and TDS entry under supervision.
  




• Support the accounts team in reconciliations and reporting.
  




• Help prepare basic reports and summaries using Excel and accounting tools.
  




• Ensure timely and accurate data updates in the ERP system.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in accounting and data entry.
  




• Prior experience using ERP accounting software (e.g., Tally/Tripta etc.).
  




• Good command over transaction handling and documentation accuracy.
  




• Proficient in Excel for maintaining ledgers and summary reports.
  




• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
  




• Basic understanding of GST, billing, and vendor coordination.
