*About the Role:*

Leading Interior Designing Firm in Chennai is looking for a Junior Architect to assist in designing, planning and executing premium residential, commercial, retail and hospitality interior projects. An excellent opportunity for B.Arch fresher to learn from Senior Architects and work on live projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Design & Development:*

- Assist in creating architectural and interior design concepts - from mood boards to 3D

- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings and construction documents

- Conduct site visits and assist in site analysis across Chennai

*Project Coordination:*

- Support Senior Architects in end-to-end project coordination and management

- Participate in client meetings and prepare presentations

- Research materials, building codes and construction methods

*Collaboration:*

- Work with engineers, 3D visualizers and execution teams

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

- Coordinate with site team for design implementation

*Mandatory Requirements:*

- Education: B.Arch Only

- Experience: 0-1 year in Architecture / Interior Design. Internship in interior firm counts

- Software Skills:

  Mandatory: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit

  Advantage: 3Ds Max + V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape, Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

- Strong understanding of design principles, good communication and attention to detail

- Must be based in Chennai

- Portfolio is mandatory
