*Job Summary*

Fast-growing architecture & interior design firm in http://T.Nagar needs a Junior Architect who can join immediately. You’ll work on residential + commercial projects, assist senior architects, and handle drafting, 3D modeling, and site coordination.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

2. Create 3D models, renders, and presentation sheets for client meetings

3. Assist senior architects in concept design, space planning, and material selection

4. Visit project sites for measurements, progress tracking, and coordination with contractors

5. Prepare BOQ, mood boards, and support documentation work

6. Coordinate with interior, MEP, and structural teams for smooth project execution

*Must-Have for Immediate Joining*

- http://B.Arch degree from recognized college. Freshers with good portfolio accepted

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Revit. Photoshop basics is a plus

- Good sense of design, detailing, and space planning

- Can join immediately or within 15 days notice

- Based in Chennai / http://T.Nagar area preferred
