Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail -oriented and motivated Junior Business Analyst with 1 -2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

· Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.

· Write actionable epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

· Collaborate with cross -functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and Operations.

· Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications.

· Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

· Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating business requirements.

· Track project progress and assist in managing requirement changes.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.

· Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 1 -2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

· Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Experience documenting requirements and creating process flows.

· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

· Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

· Experience working in Agile environments.

· Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis.

· Exposure to healthcare domain is a plus.
