What you'll do:

• Assist senior analysts with conducting business process reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in workshops and meetings to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Document business processes and user stories in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A willingness to learn new business analysis tools and methodologies.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
