Junior Business Analyst (SevaSadan, ChurchGate Mumbai)

1. Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastc, engergetic strategic thinker and analyst who can translate ideas into actionable business plans, provide financial insights, and presentations, and help plan business activities, courses and other initiatives. This person should combine analytical rigor with creative thinking, and be comfortable working across strategy, business, marketing, and educational planning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies for current and upcoming projects (courses, initiatives, and other opportunities).

• Conduct financial analysis, market analysis, including revenue, costing, ROI, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Create detailed business plans, marketing plan, strategy for each initiative.

• Prepare professional PPT presentations summarizing business plans, financials, and strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze existing courses, requirements, competitors, and potential opportunities for courses or products.

• Collaborate to conceptualize and structure courses, ensuring content aligns with business goals and market needs.

• Track performance metrics, tasks.

Job Skills:

• Student of Commerce, Business, IT, Computer Science
• Experience in analysing data using excel and find business-relevant conclusions
• Basic knowledge in writing process documentation and presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategy.

• Skilled in market research and competitive analysis.

• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills.
