Job Description - Junior Business Systems & Automation Executive

Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (1st and 3rd Saturdays will be working; 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays will be off)

Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role:

As the Junior Business Systems & Automation Executive at IIDE Corporate Office, Lower Parel, you will play a pivotal role in building, optimizing, and maintaining business workflows across the organization. This role involves improving process efficiency, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring seamless data flow and reporting while collaborating with multiple teams to streamline operations. You will work closely with cross -functional teams to implement automation solutions, manage business systems, and uphold high standards across internal processes and reporting systems.

What You'll Do:

â Business Process Optimization & Automation:

â Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

â Build and manage workflows using Zoho One applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, etc.).

â Develop and maintain automations using tools like Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.

â System Integrations & Data Management:

â Work on data flow between systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations.

â Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems.

â Troubleshoot automation failures and system issues proactively.

â Reporting & Dashboards:

â Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.

â Support data visibility across teams by building structured reporting systems.

â Collaboration & Execution:

â Collaborate with cross -functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements and implement solutions.

â Document workflows, automations, and reporting structures for internal use.

â Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.

â Additional Duties:

â Support process mapping and maintain system hygiene across business applications.

â Assist in implementing scalable automation systems and improving operational efficiency.

â Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Who You Are:

â Must -Have:

â Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with the Zoho One suite.

â Hands -on experience with at least one automation tool (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar).

â Working knowledge of Zoho Analytics for dashboarding and reporting.

â Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

â Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.

â Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

â Should Have:

â Familiarity with Deluge scripting (basic level preferred).

â Ability to work with structured data and maintain system hygiene.

â Understanding of automation workflows and business process mapping.

â Nice to Have:

â Experience in CRM workflows, lead lifecycle management, and marketing/sales automation.

â Exposure to database concepts and data structuring.

â Understanding of event tracking or user journey mapping.
