Junior Creative Strategist Business Development

We are not looking for a passive planner that builds generic decks that look pretty but fail to convert. We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Creative Strategist to join our Business Development engine.

In this role, your ideas are your currency, and winning pitches is your metric of success. You will sit at the intersection of cultural data, internet subcultures, and sharp business logic. Your job is to break down complex client briefs and build un-ignorable, data-backed pitch strategies and digital blueprints that make prospective brands say, "This is exactly what we had in mind."

What You Will Do

• Deconstruct & Build: Break down diverse client briefs and architect sharp digital, social media, and content strategies solo from initial research to final pitch.


• Partner for Revenue: Work hand-in-hand with our growth team to ensure every presentation is commercially compelling, strategically sound, tethered to hard digital KPIs (ROI, engagement, community building, conversion funnels), and engineered to win the account.


• Internal Creation: Manage our social media handles, write SEO led blogs and rework existing assets with a new strategic spin.


• Trend Ingestion: Stay ahead of internet culture, shifting algorithms, and emerging platforms, translating what moves the needle on Reels and LinkedIn today into commercial creative frameworks.


• End-to-End Craftsmanship: Build clean, beautifully structured strategic decks using Google Slides (no basic Canva shortcuts here) that reflect top-tier visual narrative standards.

The Must-Haves

• Agency Pedigree: 1.5 to 3 years of experience working as a digital copywriter, social media executive, or junior planner within a fast-paced creative agency ecosystem.


• The Pitch Portfolio: A proven portfolio of comprehensive work or pitch decks that you have personally owned, built, or made a major contribution to, resulting in verified brand wins.


• Data-Informed Instincts: Absolute comfort using analytics tools, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO basics to justify why your creative ideas make fiscal sense.


• Presentation Confidence: You are an articulate communicator who can present ideas passionately and defend strategic directions directly in front of executive clients.


• Tech-Savvy Workflow: Advanced ability to use modern AI workflows (Notion, Claude, ChatGPT) as an analytical supercharger to scale your research and productivity, rather than relying on it as a fallback for original thought.

This Role Is Not For You If:

• You are not based in Mumbai.


• You’ve never helped closing an account.


• You’ve never done a pitch deck and presentation alone.


• Your strategic default for every brief is a copy-paste influencer or UGC campaign. We value depth, tailored positioning, and original creative architecture.
