Job Description - Junior Data Analyst

Position : Junior Data Analyst

Qualifications : B.com

Experience: 2 -3years

Salary : 15k -25k per month

Accounting Software : Zoho

Roles and Responsibilities: -

â Zoho Implementation & Consultation:

â Actively participate in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory implementation projects

for a diverse portfolio of clients.

â Assist in configuring system settings, chart of accounts, and financial workflows

based on client requirements.

â Conduct rigorous testing of new Zoho setups to ensure functionality and data

integrity before client handover.

â Train and support client accounting teams, guiding them on best practices and

effective use of Zoho features to manage their day -to -day operations.

â Financial Accounting & Finalization:

â Assist clients with the month -end and year -end finalization of accounts directly

within Zoho Books.

â Provide expert support to ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and

reconciliation within the Zoho environment.

â Troubleshoot and resolve any accounting or system -related queries for our

clients.

â Data Analysis & Dashboarding:

â Design, develop, and deploy insightful and visually compelling dashboards using

Zoho Analytics.

â Integrate data from Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other relevant sources to

create unified and comprehensive financial reports.

â Work with clients to understand their key performance indicators (KPIs) and

translate them into meaningful analytics dashboards for decision -making.

â Client & Team Collaboration:

â Serve as a key technical resource for both our internal team and our clients on all

things related to the Zoho Finance suite.

â Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure project milestones are met and

client expectations are exceeded.

CA FIRM EXPERIENCE IS MENDATORY
